Hexed Custom Cast Abutment used for single-unit screw-retained or custom abutment cement-retained restorations. Non-hexed Custom Cast Abutment used for multiple-unit, screw retained restorations. Pre-assembled with the Abutment Screw (PXAS). Gold Alloy base with natural acetyl (Delrin® or Pomalux®) sleeve. Final torque: 30 Ncm.
